Rules

The following rules are in place to ensure guests have a safe, enjoyable experience at U.P. Indoor Golf.

Scheduling

  • 24 hours cancellation time preferred. Please call ahead if you need to change your tee time.

Equipment

  • Athletic shoes or soft spike golf shoes preferred.  NO METAL Spikes or Hard Cleats. Shoes must be clean and dry.
  • Balls must be clean and CANNOT HAVE ANY SHARPIE on them, it will damage the screens. 
  • Players are responsible for the equipment inside the simulators.  No swinging clubs outside of the swinging area for your safety. Play safe.
  • Please make sure club faces are clean before play. 

Food and Drink

  • Please keep food and drinks at the provided tables and off of hitting mats.

Safety Precautions​

  • Only one person in hitting area at a time (unless under instruction, or while playing multiplayer games).
  • Before you swing any club, check your surroundings (monitor, other players etc.) to ensure no one or obstacle is within your range of swing.
  • Be aware of your backswing and follow through at all times.
  • Your shot must be directed forward.
  • Swinging should always take place on hitting area of the mat.
  • Practice swings must be done on hitting area of the mat.
  • Be alert of where you stand or walk and stay out of someone’s range of swing.
  • Report any accidents immediately.
  • Balls hit behind screen are considered a lost ball.

Failure to abide by any of the above procedures may result in the cancellation of the remainder of your paid simulator time.  Damage caused by a failure to follow these guidelines may result in financial loss and responsibility.

How Long Does it Take to Play a Round?

Below is an average time played based on how many players. Please note this is an average and skill level along with simulator experience can have an effect on the time of play.

9 Holes

  • 2 Players: 1 hr
  • 3 Players: 1.5 hrs
  • 4 Players: 2 hrs

18 Holes

  • 2 Players: 2 hrs
  • 3 Players: 3 hrs
  • 4 Players: 4 hrs

* We suggest booking a little extra time if you are unfamiliar with simulator technology and setting up course parameters. We will personally be on site to help make this as quick and seamless as possible for you.

Who Can Play?

Anyone, the simulators are for anyone looking to have fun and improve their golf game.

Do you offer food or beverages?

U.P. Indoor Golf has water, soda, sport drinks, beer/seltzers/hard teas and snacks available for purchase.

Beverages

Alcoholic :  Coors Light, Busch Light, Mich. Ultra, Grand Rabbits, 51K, Pick Axe, White Claw, High Noon, Twisted Tea.

Non Alcoholic: Pop, Gatorade, Water, Sparkling Ice, Redbull

Snacks

Beef Jerky, Power Crunch Protein Bars, Kit Kat, Snickers, Pretzel Crisps

 

 

Are Spectators Allowed?

Yes and No.

Due to the size of our facility we ask that there be no more than 6 people at a bay at a given time. If your group is larger, please call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do You Offer Private Lessons?

No. At this time we are not offering private lessons, but we plan on making this available in the future!

Do you have rental clubs available?

Yes, we have a couple sets of men’s, women’s, and junior clubs available.  There is NO fee, so don’t feel like you need to go home and get your clubs.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY SCHEDULED BOOKING?


Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled booking so you have time to park and check-in at the front desk. The clock starts at your scheduled booking time and ends at the end of your time slot. If you need more time in the simulator, you can book more time if scheduling allows.

I’M A LEFTY…CAN I STILL PLAY?

Yes! Our simulators are lefty friendly.
